位於伊通街的檔案管理局,是負責永久保存價值之國家檔案的單位。今天要介紹的案例,即是國家檔案管理局的屋頂治水案例,這棟建築經過多年使用,屋頂原有的防水層出現劣化的現象,因此需要進行屋頂防水工程的更新。

 

首先我們先到現場確認該建物漏水的原因,經過漏水原因探討,其原因大致有二:

1.本案之屋頂研判係因:建物老舊、地震、搖動等原因,而造成混凝土結構產生裂縫,加上舖面層及粉刷層老化、破裂,致使下雨時雨水水份滲入使防水層長  期浸濡水中,防水層在不堪拉伸下導致破裂,已喪失原有之防水層功能。

2.局部天花板滲水現象研判係因:屋頂防水層失效加上按裝之管線設備等開孔周沿處理不善,致使下雨時雨水會從裂縫滲入造成樓板滲水及長期含水量增加,  這些水進而分解水泥內之鈣、鎂、鉀等鹽類並與之反應成氫氧化物。再為結構內之溫差相對濕度的不同,這些氫氧化物由濕氣帶出與空氣中之二氧化碳反應
 後,形成白色膨脹之碳酸鹽結晶體(現有大小漏水點,有幾十處之多)。
