公寓屋齡約19年 我們是六樓的住戶在地震過後造成六樓的供水水管破裂,使得五樓浴室漏水以及一樓漏水,不過請水電工來看之後,發現雖然漏水的水管是屬於六樓的供水水管,但是是通過五樓浴室水泥隔層的水管,水電工說需要把水泥隔層的半圓形洞(就是六樓供水水管通過的那個洞)敲開一些,以便修繕,不過後來五樓屋主告訴水電工,要求要押三萬元的押金之後,水電工嚇得不敢接這個案子。
 
我查了許多的資料,通常都是被漏水的人在尋求協助,雖然我們是水管破裂的一方,但是是地震造成的並非人為,而且我們主動想要修理卻一直被五樓的屋主為難,請問這樣的問題發生到底是是誰的錯,即便是天災造成的也是我們六樓該全權負責嗎?像這樣我們想主動修理卻被五樓屋主為難,而一樓被漏水的住戶卻要我們想辦法解決,請問我該怎麼辦? 供給六樓的水管我不確定是否管是在共有樓板,所以我附上相片給您判斷
而且我們請水電來,水電判斷的方式是將上面供給六樓水的開關打開就會漏水,所以他們就斷定是供給六樓水的水管破裂,而且五樓還一直威脅我們說,他們是給我們方便來修水管,不然的話叫我們從我們六樓的地板打一個洞來修,不過水電有說其實漏水的地方是在水泥板上方十五公分,所以從五樓浴室上方的水泥板打開一點就可以修了,無需從六樓地板開一個洞而且這樣反而會造成五樓更多的問題,不過五樓立刻又威脅我們,就算我們從六樓直接開一個洞來修,任何造成的問題和費用都要我們處理
